It clearly shows in his physical condition. But while Tyson Fury is proof physiques don't win fights, Joshua will feel he surely has the edge in fitness and power against the unbeaten American southpaw.
As for Martin, he may not be as sculpted but he'll look good enough if this belt stays strapped around his waist.
