Fury held out hope for Old Trafford while Warren suggested a London stadium but both always knew that it was going to require another trip to the United States if they were to maximise their earnings.
"[America] is the most lucrative," Warren said. "I’d like it to be in England, but it takes two to tango.
"I would think the fight’s gonna be late-April/May if we can agree terms."
April 27 is rumoured to be the targeted date for Wilder vs. Fury II and part of the negotiations have seen Warren insist on neutral judges after the scandalous scorecards that were handed in at the Staples Centre seven weeks ago.
"It was very poor judging," Warren added. "We certainly don’t want to be in that position again. We want all neutral judges.
