The Belfast native was in swashbuckling form in the ring, as he thoroughly outclassed his Montana based opponent, and he was celebrating his victory with a feed of divine proportions.
Conlan was tucking into what looks a double cheese burger and taco chips meal and boy was he enjoying it. "It's time," said he as if he was anticipating it for quite a while.
Conlan had done the hard yards, he came out on top and he was rewarding himself. It's great to see.
The 25-year-old was already looking forward to his next outing, which he confirmed for December 9th in Madison Square Gardens, New York.
