There are certain truths about the Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather money fight that are undeniable.
It is true that Floyd Mayweather holds a considerable experience advantage over Conor McGregor. The fight will be taking place in his domain, where he hasn't tasted defeat in 49 professional bouts. Mayweather has breezed past some of the greatest boxers of our generation while we've only seen
20 seconds of McGregor sparring retired pugilist Paulie Malignaggi.
It's also fair to say that in terms of pure boxing, Mayweather has considerably more skill than McGregor. However, those who fancy McGregor's chances will argue that the key to victory for McGregor is to fight Mayweather
outside of what is considered to be 'good boxing' within the ruleset.
However, it is also true that McGregor is younger, taller, has a longer reach and is just a bigger man than 'Money'. Although the latest prediction from both camps suggests his weight advantage on fight night won't be too crazy.

Unsurprisingly, Mayweather isn't bulking up in preparation for the Irish knockout artist. At the NSAC meeting on Wednesday where
the officials and
glove size were decided for the bout, a representative of his team revealed that he is on course to tip the scales at 150 lbs and is expected the weigh the exact same on fight night.
We're used to seeing McGregor cut large amounts of weight in the UFC, but as it stands, his weight is supposedly quite low. McGregor's representative at the meeting, former UFC executive Michael Mersch, explained that McGregor is expected to make the 154 lb weight limit relatively easy.
Mersch claimed that McGregor weighed 160 lbs 10 days out from the fight and he is expected to weigh roughly the same once he steps inside the ring.
If you are to believe Mersch, McGregor will have roughly 10 lbs on Mayweather on the night of the fight.
