The Welshman is said to have accepted that his future now lies away from the north London club, with Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United already mentioned in the press as possible next destinations.
Over the last decade, Ramsey has made 341 appearances for the Gunners, scoring 59 goals - two of which were FA Cup final winners.
He was considered a key player towards the end of Arsene Wenger's time as manager, and has also made 16 appearances under new boss Unai Emery - including six Premier League starts.
