During an ongoing unsuccessful stint with Lazio, Morrison was loaned to QPR last season, where he started only one game and made four substitute appearances.
The Serie A side has allowed Morrison to train with Harry Redknapp's Birmingham this summer and while there has been no mention of an attempt to sign the controversial youngster, Redknapp has admitted that he will be monitoring the 24-year-old to see if a deal could be struck up.

Morrison previously spent the 2012/13 season on loan at St. Andrew's, scoring three goals in 30 appearances, and Redknapp has managed him at QPR during his first loan spell there
