According to one of their Old Trafford sources, Manchester United ‘already have the basis of an agreement in place’ to sign Griezmann next summer.
The Atletico star has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for a number of months and the latest reports are that both United and the La Liga outfit are at the advanced stage of completing the deal.
The report added that United made initial contact over Griezmann’s availability late last year, but their source claimed that they would be willing to part with the forward as long as no move was made by United in the January window.
