Bayern has won the last nine Bundesliga titles and won the Champions League in 2020. The Allianz Arena with a capacity of 75,000 hasn't been filled due to the strong covid-19 restrictions in Germany.
They are currently six points clear at the top of the Bundesliga and are on track to win their 10th title in a row.
It is said that Bayern will attach a hefty release clause to the young player's contracts. When the Germans sell them to other European elite clubs they will make a substantial profit.
Julian Nagelsmann will oversee this transition as Bayern's boss. The playing squad will reportedly be kept to a small number - 13 or 14 first-team players - with three or four youngsters with 'special development potential.'
It's also reported that Bayern is exploring partnerships with top division clubs in other European leagues. Bayern youngsters will be able to gain significant experience as a result.
They will be loaned to partner clubs that are competing for trophies and European places in smaller leagues.
Bayern's second team in the fourth-tier Regionalliga Bayern has been used previously to develop players.
The Danish international is available on a free transfer this summer and currently earns a modest wage.
