Jokanović's Fulham side caught the eye of many casual Championship viewers this season with their cultured style of play, focussed on passing the ball quickly on the ground. Ryan Sessegnon and Tom Cairney were their standout players throughout the season and combined to score the goal that clinched Fulham's promotion in the play-off final against Aston Villa.
He also took Watford up to the Premier League in the 2014/15 season but never managed them in the top flight as he was replaced by Quique Sánchez Flores.
It would be a bold appointment from Chelsea, but you can't say that Jokanović has not shown great promise.
