Questions have been asked of Daniel Sturridge's fitness after the Liverpool striker missed England's latest pre-Euro 2016 training session.
The 26-year-old has not been without his injury troubles over the last 24 months, managing less than 30 Premier League appearances since the beginning of last season.
He has been back in action and back among the goals of late, leading to Roy Hodgson including him in his preliminary squad for Euro 2016.
But many feared it was the same old story after the
Daily Mirror reported that Sturridge sat out his country's latest training session.

It is unclear at this stage whether the former Chelsea frontman is an injury doubt for the friendly with Australia, or whether his involvement in this summer's tournament in France is in jeopardy.
But some fans have been quick to jump to conclusions.
