The same report claims that FIFA players bombarded the game's message boards with complaints that the virtual representation of Rashford didn't appear to match the talents the youngster showcased in his first few performances for United.
With the season entering its final weeks, many FIFA players would have been expecting to wait until FIFA 17 to take control of a revamped Rashford.
Although at the time of writing Marcus Rashford doesn't feature on FIFA Ultimate Team the tweet below indicates that he has earned an update. His revised rating sees him climb from 59 to 65, with acceleration and sprint speed earning a significant boost.
At the time of writing, Rashford's over all rating stands at 68.
