The new Illegal Migration Bill to which Lineker is referring to, was unveiled this week by British Home Secretary Suella Braverman.
In the aftermath of the 62-year-old football presenter's response, the BBC had reportedly asked to hold talks with Lineker, under the guise of reminding him of his social media 'responsibilities' and of the broadcaster's political impartiality.
Soon after the news broke that Lineker wouldn't be presenting tonight's show, his fellow pundits took a stance and refused to be a part of it.
Alan Shearer, Micah Richards, Danny Murphy, Ian Wright and more have all stated that they will not be doing the programme if Lineker is not involved.
