By 'most successful' we refer to league championships - be it the English Football League up until 1992 or the Premier League thereafter. There is a clue in our feature image but, after that, you are on your own.
You have five minutes but there is ONE CATCH. Guess a single club outside the top 10 and the game is over. So, make sure you give each answer your full attention.
