The game is the first of a double header between the two this week
Manchester United face Leeds United in the first of back-to-back games between the long standing rivals on Wednesday night.
The two were due to face each other at Old Trafford back in September, but were forced to rearrange the fixture after Queen Elizabeth II’s death.
After months of waiting to reschedule, the two will meet under the lights on February 8, however it will not be live on Irish or UK television for supporters of both clubs to watch.
This is because the game wasn't originally chosen for broadcast when the TV picks for games back in September were selected. If a game isn't chosen for TV in the first case, then the rearranged fixture is still not able to be shown.
Wednesday's game will be the first for Leeds without Jesse Marsch on the touchline after the American was relieved of his duties on Monday.
Man United Leeds, and a big three points on offer
Leeds were beaten by Nottingham Forest on Sunday - leaving them without a win since November - and are just one place outside of the relegation zone.
West Brom manager Carlos Corberan is being eyed as Marsch's replacement however it is unlikely any appointment will be made before the game.
As for United, they will look to close the gap on Arsenal and Manchester City after both sides lost their fixtures against Everton and Tottenham Hotspur.
A win for Erik ten Hag's side will move them to within five points of the Gunners and level on points with their city rivals. Anyone looking to keep track of the game could tune into talkSport, or listen through their website, as they are providing live radio coverage.
