Inter have also been linked with Sanchez's United teammates Romelu Lukaku and Matteo Darmian in recent days and their technical director, Piero Ausilio, is said to have held discussions with Sanchez's representative Fernando Felicevich about a possible move.
Felicevich is also said to have met with Juventus' sporting director, Fabio Paratici, with the Italian champions thought to be keen to take him to Turin.
Sanchez is no stranger to Serie A having played there with Udinese earlier in his career. His form convinced Barcelona to sign him in 2011.
United, meanwhile, are thought to be preparing for a busy summer in the transfer market.
