Phelan shared Google's criteria for picking new employees and found it "interesting" how highly an ability to learn, humility, leadership, ownership and expertise are rated for prospective hires.
Solskjaer has certainly displayed the above traits during his spell as caretaker manager and remains coy when presented with questions from reporters on the subject of his inevitable appointment as permanent boss.
