United's current away kit is an all blue number but black and white has been used by the Old Trafford outfit to much popularity in the past.
By "popularity", we mean among supporters and not the players.
In the 2003/04 season, United wore a predominantly black Nike away kit, with white trim, as they claimed the FA Cup for an 11th time.
Roy Keane didn't seem to be the biggest fan but, then again, that's not entirely surprising.
Eric Cantona didn't seem so sure either in the 1993/94 season when Umbro gave it a whirl.
But then again, we've chosen the two moodiest men to pull on a United jersey so don't go judging the new suggestion on that pair.
