Mo Salah and teammates in disbelief after Harry Kane is awarded dubious goal

With just six games to go, the race for the Premier League's Golden Boot is most definitely heating up. Mohamed Salah is in the driving seat, with 29 goals to his name, and many had believed he was out of sight of Harry Kane in second place. After returning from injury, Kane has set his sights on finishing as the Premier League's top scorer for the third year running. It took a late dash from the Spurs forward to claim the honour last season and he's clearly determined to do the same this time around. One look at Kane's reaction to Spurs' second goal against Stoke last weekend would have told you everything you needed to know about how passionate he is about his tally as he was adamant that he got a touch to a Christian Eriksen free-kick before it nestled in the back of the net. "Obviously as a striker, it would be great to win the Golden Boot again and I will keep working hard from now until the end of the season," Kane said.

Spurs are obviously eager for Kane to claim a hat-trick of Golden Boot awards because they appealed to the Premier League, who'd initially given the goal to Eriksen, to attribute it to the English striker.
