United progressed to the last eight thanks to a penalty from Marcus Rashford but injured PSG forward Neymar fumed at the decision which ultimately cost his side their place in this season's competition.
The penalty, which was given after a lengthy VAR review of a contentious Presnel Kimpembe handball in the box, was converted by Rashford in stoppage time to hand United a third away goal on the night and send the Premier League side through to the quarter-finals.
Neymar watched the majority of the game from the stands but ventured down to the sidelines in the final moments and he has torn into referee Damir Skomina and his assistants for the penalty decision.
"This is a disgrace," Neymar wrote on an Instagram story, as translated by Sky Sports. "They put four people that know nothing about football in charge of looking at the replay for VAR.
"There is no penalty. How can it be a handball when it hits his back! Go fuck yourselves!"
