Kasper Schmeichel has played every single minute of the season so far, meaning both Schwarzer and fellow backup goalkeeper Ben Hamer have spent the campaign looking on from the sidelines.
Defenders Liam Moore and Ben Chilwell have also failed to notch a single league minute, though Chilwell featured in the FA Cup meetings with Tottenham, and Matty James is yet to play after missing most of the campaign with a knee injury.
The final player to miss out, centre-back Marcin Wasilewski, has at least made it onto the pitch this season. And seeing as his last action in a Leicester shirt was to concede the late free-kick from which Danny Welbeck headed in a dramatic winner from Arsenal, some will probably joke that the Pole has contributed more in his absence than others have by playing.
There are three further players not mentioned in the Mirror article who have featured for the Foxes this season.
Andrej Kramaric, Yohan Benalouane and Joe Dodoo have all made substitute appearances in the Premier League this season, but have since been loaned out to Hoffenheim, Fiorentina and Bury respectively.Explore more on these topics:
