Nottingham Forest have released a fiery statement just minutes after losing to Everton on Sunday.
In a game that was vital for both sides' quest to avoid relegation it was the hosts who emerged as 2-0 winners thanks to long range efforts from Idrissa Geuye and Dwight McNeil in either half.
It didn't tell the whole tale though as Forest could have easily been awarded at least three penalties - one of the most notable being what looked like a clear handball from Ashley Young in the first half.
Forest, who have previously voiced their concerns with VAR, released a strong statement straight after the full time whistle in which they condemned the PGMOL and insisted that they will not let them get away with it.
It said: "Three extremely poor decisions - three penalties not given - which we simply cannot accept. We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn’t change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times. NFFC will now consider its options."
The win for Sean Dyche's side means they are now five points clear of the bottom three while Forest remain just a point above Luton Town.
Burnley are also closing the gap after their win against Sheffield United on Saturday and face Forest on the final day of the season.
