Guardiola is a stickler for healthy-eating for his employees and he's brought esteemed nutritionist Silvia Tremoleda along to prepare more nutritious meals for his players.
Tremoleda has worked with the likes of Lionel Messi who we hear is pretty good at football and Guardiola is hoping to see an improvement in players' energy levels under her strict diet plans.

Tremoleda, a former triathlete and professional tennis player, knows what it takes to fuel the body at the elite level of sport and her work is already beginning to show with City players such as Yaya Toure and Sergio Aguero having noticeably lost weight in recent months.
