PICS: New Snoop Dogg-designed football boots are a far cry from these adidas Predators

Back in the day, if your boots had a splash of any colour that wasn't black or white then you were considered flamboyant.

The game has certainly changed since then. Snoop Dogg has only gone and designed a pair of boots that would most definitely make you stand out at five-a-side. The American hip hop artist joined forces with adidas to produce these beauties that look a lot more expensive than they really are. The money-themed adizero 5-Star 5.0 boast a brazen design littered with $100 bills, with a gold sole and studs. 'Mind on my money,' an iconic lyric from Snoop's 1994 hit Gin and Juice, is blasted loudly on the instep and the phrase 'Gotta Hustle' acts as a lace lock. Each boot comes wrapped in $10,000 bank note bands but, don't be alarmed, they're only retailing for $120 (€107) which is relatively pricey but you never really expected Snoop Dogg to go the cheap route, did you?
