QUIZ: Name the 12 English league clubs beginning with letters ‘M’ and ‘N’

There are at least two obvious answers here.

Can you name every English Football League and Premier League team beginning with the letter 'M' or the letter 'N'? So, just to be clear, we're looking for all the teams that begin with the letter 'M'. As well as all the teams that begin with the letter 'N'. Easy enough, right?
