At the start of this window, Mauricio Pochettino insisted Kane is not for sale at any price "because we want him here." However, should Real Madrid come in and bid a world record fee, offering Kane a substantial wage increase, it might be harder than they think to keep him.
As Cristiano Ronaldo's barren spell continues, the Champions League holders might be tempted to add Kane and at just 24 years old, the Spurs man would be a shrewd long-term investment.
