Pereira is understood to have been told he has a future at the club, but he should go on loan for the upcoming season, and return to Old Trafford in a year to fight for his place.
The 20-year-old Brazilian midfielder, who has played 11 times for United over the last two years, scoring once, could join another Premier League side or a club on the continent. He signed for United from Dutch side PSV Eindhoven in 2012.
Tim Fosu-Mensah, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and James Wilson are in similar positions, and are also set to go out on-loan. Bastian Schweinsteiger will be told he has no future at the club, while Adnan Januzaj, Will Keane, Paddy McNair and Tyler Blackett have been "sidelined", according to The Mail.
