A Romanian football manager was sent off on Saturday for tripping an opposition player.
Argeș Pitești manager Emil Săndoi was dismissed by the match referee for tackling AFC Chindia Târgoviște forward Cristian Neguț as he tried to gain possession in front of the Argeș Pitești bench.
Săndoi immediately apologised for his actions but was still sent to the stands for what was an inexcusable act.
