Stuart Pearce is the first, after picking Scott Parker as England captain ahead of Gerrard in his solitary match as caretaker manager - and choosing a hotel toilet in Watford as the place to tell the former Liverpool skipper.
But it's former referee Martin Atkinson who receives the most ire from Gerrard as he bluntly writes that he 'can't stand him'.
Atkinson was in charge on the day of Gerrard's infamous slip against Chelsea in April 2014.
He also refereed last season's defeat against Manchester United at Anfield, when Gerrard was sent off just seconds after coming onto the pitch for a stamp on Ander Herrera.
