The Tottenham striker's price has shot up after an outstanding 2017.
Harry Kane is the third most valuable player in world football, according to a new study conducted by CIES' Football Observatory.
According to the findings, Kane is worth a staggering €194.7million, placing him behind only Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar and Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
The England international enjoyed a breathtakingly prolific 2017 for club and country, scoring 56 goals to establish him as one of the world's deadliest strikers.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a big-money move to Real Madrid and, according to this study, it would take a fee to rival the €220m PSG paid to prise Neymar away from Barcelona.

PSG forward Kylian Mbappe (€192.5m) is fourth on the list while Juventus' Paulo Dybala (€174.6m) rounds out the top five.
While it's unwise to take studies like these as gospel, the players' values have been determined using a variety of key factors including age, position, contract duration, performance and international status.
The Premier League has five players in the top ten, with Tottenham's Dele Alli (€171.3m), Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne (€167.8m) and Manchester United duo Romelu Lukaku (€164.8m) and Paul Pogba (€147.5m) featuring alongside Antoine Griezmann (€150.2m) of Atletico Madrid.
Cristiano Ronaldo is way down at 49th on the list, with the Real Madrid forward currently valued at €80.4m. Leroy Sane, Mohamed Salah, Raheem Sterling are 11th, 12th and 13th respectively, while Philippe Coutinho, who this week sealed a €160m transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona, is 16th at €123m meaning that, according to these figures, the La Liga club considerably overspent to sign the Brazilian.
