It's no wonder Swans fan Scott Akerman called on his club to sign the target man as soon as he heard there might be interest.
Llorente, who spent last season with Sevilla following a two-year spell in Italy with Juventus, could be a huge coup for a Swansea team whose top-scoring striker last year was Bafétimbi Gomis with six.

Well, it was a case of 'ask and you shall receive', with the club responding to Akerman's request with the ideal present.

That said, they did have multiple photos on file showing Llorente with the shirt in his hands. We're not sure why they couldn't have just used one of those at the time.

The 6'5" frontman, who has seven goals in 24 appearances for Spain, will link up with his new team-mates ahead of their Premier League season opener away at Burnley.
