The first Manchester United match Marcus Rashford attended will make you feel very old

This really hits home just how young Marcus Rashford is.

The Manchester United forward made his breakthrough earlier this year, scoring twice in the Europa League tie against Midtjylland. Since then he's scored on his debut in the Premier League, for the England U21s, the national team and on his first appearance in the League Cup. He doesn't turn 19 until October 31. To make you feel even older, Rashford has revealed that the first game he attended at Old Trafford was back in April 2003 when United lost 4-3 to Real Madrid in the Champions League. The game is remembered as a classic, even for United fans, and was lit-up by the performance of Ronaldo. The Brazilian striker scored a hat-trick to secure his side's place in the semi-finals of the tournament and left the pitch to a standing ovation. "My brother took me to that game," Rashford told United's official website.

"It was the one when Ronaldo scored a hat-trick so it was a good first match for me."

The forward has only played 32 senior games, so he didn't exactly have a wide field to pick from when naming the toughest opponent he has faced. However, Rashford opted for one of the league's best central defenders.

"I think, individually, it would be Laurent Koscielny at Arsenal. He was a difficult defender to play against."
