The ref showed him a straight red card for an absolute horror show of a studs up challenge that almost cut his opponent in two. Wellington midfielder Vince Lia looked in serious pain after being on the receiving end of this abysmal foul. The referee had no choice but to brandish a red card, thus bringing Zadkovich's brief but memorable cameo to a close.
Despite going down a man after the hour mark, Perth Glory managed to defeat Wellington 2-1.
