Video: Mario Balotelli shows off moderate skill on Instagram, gets loads of grief in reply

It seems the Liverpool striker can't do right for doing wrong right now

As you might expect on a quiet midweek evening, Mario Balotelli has been up to something on Instagram. The Liverpool striker posted a video of himself messing around with a football in a gym and he manages to knock a water bottle off a box from a reasonable, but not exactly mind-blowing, distance. Most of us would probably have broken the window in shot if we tried to do it but poor old Mario gets almost no credit. The Instagram post was met with thousands of comments, most along the lines of 'do it in a game' or 'why not try hitting the net' while the reaction on Twitter was equally dismissive of his skills.
