So here's what would've had to happen for Joleon Lescott's pocket to send that tweet whilst he was driving.

According to him, his tweet straight after the 6-0 thumping by Liverpool was sent accidentally by his pocket. And he's still sticking with that story.
Stopping short of saying he's never seen the picture before. Lescott told Henry Winter:
"I don’t own that car. I wouldn’t tweet that picture. A young player, a friend of mine, said: ‘I’m thinking of getting this car, what do you think?’ ‘Yes,’ I said, ‘it’s a nice car but be careful because the insurance might be high.'"

- Lescott's pocket opens the Twitter app.
- Lescott's pocket clicks on 'compose new tweet'.
- Lescott's pocket goes to attach a photo.
- Lescott's pocket chooses from the WhatsApp album (presumably) where said photo was.
- Lescott's pocket clicks 'done' when the Twitter app prompts him to edit the photo.
- Lescott's pocket tweets.
