The Spaniard is in the final year of his contract at Bayern Munich, and has yet to give any indication of whether he will return to the German champions.
The Anfield Champions League hero has been wishfully linked with a move back to Liverpool on several occasions in recent years but, asked by
Goal.com he would consider a second spell on Merseyside, Alonso said: "At the moment I am focused on the season and Bayern.
"I don't know what is going to happen in [the] future but hopefully I will know soon."
