Just fantastic.
There was widespread shock when it was announced just three months ago that we may not see Tipperary's Noel McGrath in action this season after the All-Ireland winner was
diagnosed with testicular cancer.
However just weeks after he was spotted back in hurling training following treatment, the Loughmore clubman lined out for his local side in a Mid-Tipp game against Holycross last night.

But in typical McGrath style, he didn't just make a comeback, he made a serious impact on the game too, as according to reports he notched five points and even managed to miss a penalty in the process.
There's no suggestion that McGrath will be able to play any part in the latter end of the championship just yet, but to even be back playing hurling just a matter of weeks after treatment is a serious testament to his mental strength, as well as fitness.
