If this thing was going in Dublin, it'd be worth 21 million euro. At least.
There are €300,000 worth of prizes up for grabs in the draw which obvioisly includes the house but the draw won't take place until December 30.
As well as the house, there are a range of other prizes available, including a Mediterranean cruise, a four-ball plus dinner at former Irish Open host course Baltray and an all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona.
It's safe to say that St. Fechin's are going big with their 2018 raffle. You would be forgiven in the past for thinking that GAA prizes were a little... well, GAA. In Laois, they were giving away a shed.
And who could forget the famous heifer?
Two quality prizes for the right person but, now, a four-bedroom house in Drogheda is something every person on the island would want.
We're talking about a quality building, expensive, bordering north county Dublin with a direct train into the city. This isn't a token prize, this is the real deal.
But tickets are capped at 8,000 so, presumably, you'll have to get a move on.Explore more on these topics:
