The referee for Kilkenny v Wexford got a flick of a hurley and the commentators loved it

There's no mercy in hurling. That was Anthony Daly's succinct response after referee Diarmuid Kirwan took a clatter when throwing in the sliotar for the second half of Kilkenny v Wexford. Michael Fennelly was identified as the culprit but Kirwan didn't think the accidental pull warranted any disciplinary action.
