Tipperary senior hurling championship
Semple Stadium is the focus of action this weekend with the four county quarter finals down for decision over Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday's action begins with Drom & Inch facing Kildangan at 2pm while Eire Óg Annacarty Donohill meet Kilruane MacDonaghs at 3.30pm.
On Sunday, Nenagh Éire Óg play Portroe at 2pm, while Clonoulty Rossmore renew their rivalry with Thurles Sarsfields at 3.30pm.
Clare senior hurling championship
Sixmilebridge will find out their county final opponents as Clonlara and Kilmaley meet in Cusack Park on Sunday at 1pm in their replayed semi final.
Limerick senior hurling championship
First up on Sunday is the quarter final replay of Adare and Ahane in the Gaelic Grounds at 2pm with Patrickswell awaiting the winners.
And then afterwards the first county semi final of the year takes place as Na Piarsaigh meet Kilmallock at 3.45pm also at the Gaelic Grounds.
Cork senior hurling championship
Páirc Uí Rinn hosts both county semi finals this Sunday as first up at 2.15 pm Glen Rovers Midleton meet and that game is followed by the clash of Sarsfields and Erins Own at 4.00pm.
Kerry senior hurling championship
Niall Horan might be in the crowd in Abbeydorney at the Kerry senior final between St Brendans and Kilmoyley at 2.30.
Antrim senior hurling championship
Galway senior football championship
It's down to the last four as Tuam stadium hosts the champions Corofin, who face Cortoon Shamrocks in the first county semi final at 2.30, while at 4.15 it;'s the turn of Mountbellew/Moylough to face Salthill Knocknacarra.
Kerry senior football championship
No rest for Kerry's senior inter county stars as the local club championship resumes.
Kerins O’Rahillys and Milltown-Castlemaine restart the Kingdom's county club series in Tralee on Sunday at 4.30pm in a delayed Round 2 game.
East Kerry await the winners in round three.
Armagh senior football championship
Saturday night sees the first of the county semi finals as Crossmaglen face Maghery at 7.45pm in the Athletic Grounds.
On Sunday, Armagh Harps meet Ballymacnab at 5.45pm in the same venue.
Derry senior football championship
It's semi-final time in the Oak Leaf county as All-Ireland club finalists Slaughtneil meet Bellaghy at 7pm in Owenbeg, and that game is preceded by the clash of Coleraine and Ballinderry at 5.45pm.
Limerick senior football championship
Tonight (Friday) in the first quarter final of the weekend, Ballylanders meet Fr Caseys in the Gaelic Grounds at 8pm.
On Saturday, Ballysteen face Monaleen in Ballingarry at 5.30pm.
Carlow senior football championship
Carlow town side Eire Og take on Palatine in the weekend's first semi final on Saturday at 5pm in Newatch Cullen Park at 5pm.
On Sunday, Rathvilly, the 2014 champions, play Old Leighlin at 5pm in the same venue.
Clare Senior football championship
On Saturday St Josephs Miltown face St Breckans in Cusack Park at 5:15 while Sunday's semi final sees Clondegad take on Cooraclare in Kilmihill at 3:30
