If you're in the public eye then expect to get some grief, especially now that people can abuse you all they want behind a keyboard. Some people seem to actively enjoy it - Piers Morgan - while others dish it out as well as they get it.
Colm 'Woolly' Parkinson seems to be man who doesn't take himself too seriously and the former Laois footballer and current Newstalk presenter bowed out on last night's run of Allianz League Extra Show on Setanta reading some of the various 'mean tweets' that have been sent into the show this year. His co-presenter Adrian Barry was also given some stick.
We have a feeling that Woolly won't be too worried about it somehow although Adrian should be concerned being compared to Adrian Chiles.
