We're not quite in Ernie Els territory here but it is close.
Club hackers around the world were wincing as they watched the big South African take six putts from inside three feet at Augusta back in April.
It is never easy to watch a pro golfer suffer with the yips and there was much sympathy for Els, who battled on manfully to an 80 in the first round at Augusta after taking a quintuple bogey on the first hole.

Poor old Paul Casey had his own putting nightmare during the second round of the Open at Royal Troon, taking five putts on the par four seventh.
On the green in two, the 2013 Irish Open champion got his birdie putt within a couple of feet of the hole, but then inexplicably took another four putts to get the ball in the damn hole.
The final four putts are short, straight and the sort of thing you would expect Casey to sink.
"Oh my goodness," says the commentator after the fourth effort.
We all know what he is talking about.
Casey finished with three-over 74 and sits on nine-over for the tournament - a long way from the projected cut line of +1.
