According to a police report, the fan, believed to be a 22-year-old from Slough, was attempting to take a photograph of the MMA fighter when he "slapped the victim's phone out of his hand, causing it to fall to the floor". The report also states that surveillance video captured the moment, which happened when McGregor and the fan were leaving the Fontainebleau Hotel.
