"I have nothing to do with the legal issues, he’ll need to figure that out on his own," White told ESPN this week.
McGregor and a group of his friends laid siege to a bus in the lead-up to UFC 223 and injured two fighters who were scheduled to compete on the Brooklyn card.
The Irishman was granted bail and allowed to fly home but he will have to return to face a court hearing on June 14.
The outcome of that hearing will likely give us some idea of when we can expect to see 'The Notorious' back in the Octagon.
Having not fought in the UFC in almost two years, McGregor is in danger of spending his prime on the sidelines and fans are eager to see him return to doing what he does best.
"Obviously, he has to deal with it in June. I’m flying to Liverpool this weekend for a fight there, and he and I are going to meet in Liverpool," White said.
UFC Liverpool will see hometown hero Darren Till take on former 170lbs challenger Stephen 'Wonderboy' Thompson in a welterweight clash which could well decide the next contender in the division.
And McGregor, who has competed twice at 170lbs, will be right there watching.
On a previous trip to Liverpool, McGregor seemingly pledged his footballing allegiances to the Reds when he shouted "Fuck Everton!" so he'll likely be in the city when Jurgen Klopp's side take on Real Madrid in Saturday's Champions League final.
