The latest comments from retired undefeated five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr will only add to the clamour for the potential super-fight.
Recently it was revealed that Conor McGregor had applied for a boxing licence with the California State Athletic Commission.
Many believe that this was a
monumental step in eventually seeing the two come face to face in a boxing ring.
There has been plenty of fallout and opinion since then, with Mayweather's team already stating: "If they want to get him (McGregor) killed put him in there in a boxing match."
Mayweather himself has now revealed his latest thoughts on McGregor and it's not surprising what the boxing legend thinks of the UFC star.

Mayweather threatens to "slap" McGregor next time he sees him and that he will "f**k him up" in a video shared on social media.
We're pretty sure that this won't go down too well with the recently crowned UFC lightweight world champion.
We're looking forward to the inevitable response.
