In the first fight on the UFC 202 main card last Saturday, Homasi was picked apart by the much more precise striker in Means and was left a bloody mess by the time that referee Herb Dean had seen enough midway through the second round.
You couldn't fault Homasi's fighting spirit as he refused to drop under the final Means onslaught but the damage he had taken was sufficient enough for Dean to rightly wave the fight off.
After the bout, a smiling Homasi proudly showed off his battle wounds with the caption 'just a scratch'.

If 'a scratch' is what Homasi considers a gaping wound through which you can almost see skull, we'd hate to see what he believes constitutes an actual cut.
