Combate, the former Olympic silver medallist is due to meet Paulo Costa in the main event of UFC on EPSN 3 in April.
Cuba's Romero was scheduled to fight Costa at November’s UFC 230 but was forced to pull out with an injury. Once the bout is confirmed by UFC officials, Romero will get the chance to get back in the win column on April 27 in Miami, Florida.
