Khabib Nurmagomedov slams McGregor’s actions after being asked about jumping cage

Khabib says sorry.

He says sorry to the Athletic Commission and... to Vegas. Apart from that, he can't see the problem. He's in the business of respect, he says. McGregor's actions in the build-up to UFC 229 were not respectful to Nurmagomedov so he cannot understand why he was asked about jumping the cage and attacking Dillon Danis after winning. He took one question in his post-fight press conference and answered it his own way.

"First of all I want to say sorry to Athletic Commission. Sorry to Vegas," he said. "This is not my best side. I am human. "He talk about my religion. He talk about my country. He talk about my father. "He come to Brooklyn and he broke bus. What about this shit?  "Why are people taking about jumping on top of cage. "This is a respect sport. This is not a trash-talking sport. You cannot talk about religion or nation. For me, this is very important."
