One of the biggest winners to emerge from Conor McGregor's championship winning performance at UFC 194 was Ido Portal.
A lot of people were skeptical of the self-proclaimed movement expert's credentials after seeing clips of the Notorious sparring with candles and playing with sticks online in the lead up to his title fight against Jose Aldo.
However, suddenly people began to believe in Portal's influence when McGregor credited the work he had done with the Israeli as one of the factors that contributed to his 13-second demolition of Aldo in the post-fight press conference.
Portal has since posted an open letter to all those who ridiculed him before the fight on Facebook, in which he speaks about the work he did with McGregor, what went wrong with Gunnar Nelson and how this new movement... eh, movement is set to be the next big thing in sports.
