The Olympic silver medalist only started MMA in his early 30s but has had a very impressive run. He's knocked out former UFC champions Chris Weidman, Luke Rockhold and Lyoto Machida.

No, your eyes don't deceive you, he's finished every single one of his opponents - 11 knockouts, one submission. He's already knocked out former UFC champion Johny Hendricks and TUF winner Uriah Hall inside the Octagon. At 27, 'Borrachina' has the weight of an entire nation on his shoulders. With Brazil's stars falling past their prime, Costa has been cited as a potential posterboy for Brazilian MMA.
This matchup will take place at UFC 230 in New York's Madison Square Garden on November 3. It joins two other elite middleweight bouts - Rockhold vs Weidman, the rematch, and David Branch vs Jacare Souza.
