The Brazilian is looking in ridiculously good shape for her TUF 23 headliner against the UFC women's strawweight champion.
It will hardly come as a surprise that Claudia Gadelha is ramping up her training ahead of a July 9 title bout with Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
The Pole [11-0] has savaged just about every woman who dared cross her path and has been dominant since her 2014 arrival in the UFC.
Gadelha is 13-1 in her pro MMA career and the sole defeat was courtesy of a split, and controversial, decision that went in Jedrzejczyk's favour.
The 27-year-old from Rio bounced back with an August 2015 victory over Jessica Aguilar and kept in fight trim as she anticipated an eventual rematch.

That fight was delayed somewhat when Gadelha signed up to coach a new batch of strawweights, and directly pit herself against the champion.
There have been some feisty exchanges between the pair and their main event fight will hopefully tee up UFC 200 in style.
Judging by her Instagram post, last night, Gadelha is taking no short-cuts with her preparations.
